I do not believe in clients coming to see me for many sessions, so if you want endless sessions with a therapist, I am not right for you. If, however you would like quick resolution to issues and money well spent then contact me.  The techniques I use include those used by the esteemed neuroscientist Dr Ronald Ruden, creator of the transformational psychosensory therapy Havening.  I am also a member of a cutting edge forum working with these techniques. 


I see clients on a one to one basis or will visit a whole family to discuss and treat together. Private sessions last 90 minutes.

These sessions provide you with the tools to enable you to run at your optimum. I give you an amazing skill set to deal with life and I will teach you simple and effective techniques to overcome stressful moments and how to perform at your best.

These are run with a maximum of twelve per group, to provide the best training environment. We can all learn from each other and I have found this is an excellent scenario in which to achieve this.

To me the most important thing to change is trust. Trust me to enable you to make the changes you desire.

I am fully insured with Towergate insurers, which is regulated by the FSA (Financial Services Authority). All records are kept for five years. I am a member of the College of Medicine and registered with the government backed Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, CNHC.
